In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or are not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund at the price you paid for these. Products must be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. We encourage you to use a trackable service as any lost returns cannot be reimbursed.

Due to hygiene and health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for non-faulty items.

If your order is placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched the same day and will be with you within 1-2 working days.

If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be dispatched on the next working day and should arrive with you within 1-2 working days.
